 2026 Single Family RFP Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Now Posted
Questions asked during the 2026 Single Family RFP Information Session have been posted in an FAQ document on the Impact Fund webpage. Additional questions may be submitted during the Office Hours sessions, Technical Assistance sessions or emailed the Impact Fund team at impact.fund.mhfa@state.mn.us through June 9.

Revised Activity Application Section for New Construction
There has been an update to the 2026 Single Family RFP Activity Application for New Construction. Two questions that were previously missing from Section G. Equity and Innovation have now been added. Applicants should complete the revised application when applying for New Construction awards to ensure all required information is provided.
